The US Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) announced that it is withdrawing its COVID vaccine mandate for employees. Earlier this month, the US Supreme Court struck down the ruling, saying that the agency doesn’t have the power to do so.

However, OSHA insisted it will continue efforts to revive the measure in the future.

In a statement Tuesday, the agency said that they are withdrawing the COVID vaccine mandate for employees immediately. “The US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is withdrawing the vaccination and testing,” it said.

It aimed to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from workplace exposure. The withdrawal goes full-scale by Wednesday the next day. The agency also insisted that employees should still seek testing and vaccination of workers from COVID.

Even with the Supreme Court's rejection, OSHA said it won’t give up completely. It said it still plans to make the rule permanent in the future.

It said that it will not stop with setting the emergency testing standard (ETS) as a rule. As a result, the agency will prioritize its resources “to focus on finalizing a permanent COVID-19 Healthcare Standard.”

OSHA Belligerence Drawing Fire From Conservatives

Expectedly, many find OSHA’s belligerence alarming. The First Liberty Institute, which represented three religious ministries to challenge the mandate, said OSHA is trying to skirt the ruling.

According to Institute president Kelly Shackleford, “The Supreme Court already made it clear”. The Supreme Court already ruled that President Joe Biden’s attempts to federalize the nation’s workforce is blatantly unconstitutional.”

“OSHA needs to completely put an end to this dangerous government overreach. He said that they will continue to fight for the American people being forced to violate their faith.

In addition, the Supreme Court also clarified that the COVID vaccine mandate for healthcare workers remains in effect. As a result, OSHA intends to issue a final standard that will protect healthcare workers from COVID-19 hazards.

6-3 Supreme Court Ruling Struck Down COVID Vaccine Mandate For Employees

The Supreme Court ruling finally laid to rest one of Biden’s most controversial measures designed to control the virus.

The SC’s majority opined that even with OSHA’s power to regulate occupational hazards, they do not have broad powers. In fact, the SC did not give OSHA “the power to regulate public health more broadly.”

It’s their and CDC’s fault it spread like it did. Telling people to wear a cloth mask. Might as well wear nothing. Now it is all those pushing for the vaccine giving false security to those who got it. On top of not knowing what they are talking about is just plain dangerous. Thousands have died that got fully vaccinated. Do you call that working? These government departments that think they know better and we are stupid I’m amazed we have lasted this long.. Your immunity is your best weapon. If the media would start telling the truth we might put an end to this. Wear a ASTM level 3 mask. A real one not one that just claims to be. Wash your hands several times a day. Keep within your personal space. I know covid is rough I just got through it. My fault I stopped wearing my mask etc. Now I will say I fought it at home. I knew if I went to the hospital I would not come out. I stayed hydrated and keep moving as much as possible. This was my personal choice. Which is how it should be. That vaccine is not helping anyone. My son in law was forced to get it. He he died from covid 2 months later.
I will not get the vaccine. Not now or ever. Follow the money and you will have the answers…. Thank you God Bless

So all the people that were FORCED to get this “vaccine”, should be able to SUE, as their rights were violated!! The government has no business telling people what they can & can’t put in their bodies.

  • Mark Moczynski says:

I think mandatory vaccines were against our constitutional rights and anybody that was forced into it should be compensated for it in my books vaccine didn’t do the job it was supposed to do and the vaccine itself was more harmful than Covid anybody force because they were going to lose their job should be paid bottom line

  • Beth says:

They will keep trying to force this. We need to keep fighting against it. No health care treatment should be forced on anyone. What’s next, forced sterilization? Forced euthanasia? You’re no longer contributing to society so, you no longer deserve to live? Baby might have a defect, forced abortion? It’s a slippery slope.
