Trump Pledged An Orderly Transition As Biden Win Certified
Earlier this morning, President Donald Trump pledged an orderly transition as soon as Congress confirmed Democrat Joe Biden’s win. Suspended from sending tweets himself, the President used White House Director of Social Media Dan Scavino’s account to deliver his message.

In a two-part tweet, the President said: “Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless, there will be an orderly transition on January 20th. I have always said we would continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first term in presidential history, it’s only the beginning of our fight to Make America Great Again!”
Electoral Votes Confirmation
Following a chaotic day where Trump supporters stormed the nation’s capital, Congress managed to finish its mandate to count and certify all Electoral College votes submitted by all 50 states. Biden and running mate Kamala Harris finished with 306 electoral votes, while Trump and Vice President Mike Pence earned 232. A candidate needs a minimum of 270 votes to clinch the presidency.

Earlier, Trump hoped that the presiding officer, Vice President Mike Pence, would halt the proceedings or call for an audit of the results. Pence refused, reportedly telling Trump yesterday that he does not have the authority to do so. With Trump holding a rally nearby, he asked supporters to march toward Congress to protest the certification. The incident turned into an ugly episode, as protesters clashed with police and National Guard units. When the smoke cleared, four people died. Others ended up injured or arrested.
‘You Did Not Win’
Around 8 pm, security forces cleared lawmakers to return to the Capitol and resume the session. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, in separate speeches addressed to their members, vowed to continue through the night. “We will not bow to lawlessness or intimidation. We are back at our posts,” McConnell said, “and we're going to do it tonight.”
Upon resumption of the session, Vice President Mike Pence said: “To those who wreaked havoc in our Capitol today, you did not win. Violence never wins. Freedom wins, and this is still the people's house.”
Objections
Many Republican House members and Senators planned to object to electoral votes submitted by disputed states that Biden won. For Congress to consider an objection, a member from both the House and the Senate should object. However, as the violence unfolded during the day, some of the lawmakers began to change their minds. Eventually, Senators Steve Daines of Montana, Mike Braun of Indiana, and Kelly Loeffler of Georgia declared they would stand down. In particular, Loeffler said that “I cannot now, in good conscience, object to the certification of these electors,” drawing applause from colleagues. Loeffler lost her Senate seat to Raphael Warnock a day earlier, giving Democrats control of the Senate. Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley continued with his objection. He did ask his peers to consider his objections and debate “without violence, without attacks, without bullets.”
Later, Republican senators voted to reject the challenge to Arizona’s election results. The House followed suit. This also happened in the states of Pennsylvania, with both chambers rejecting the bid to challenge the results. House members also threw challenges to results for Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin. However, no senator joined the objections.
‘Make America Great Again’
With the confirmation and certification of Electoral votes by Congress, and as President Trump pledged an orderly transition of power on January 20, the 2020 election saga can now close. But, as President Trump, noted, he will continue his crusade to “make America great again.”

Not only should the matter of the 2020 elections remain opened but the matter of the 2016 should be opened. If Trump would have gone after the 2016 stolen votes we would not be dealing with such a mess now. It is all of our faults for allowing fruad just because we won in 2016. Fraud is fraud – all legal votes should count. Don’t ever sacrifice ethics for a win. In the end you will lose.
This is far from over!! But with the crooked system we have, president Trump has no other option at this point than to let the non patriots lay in the bed they made and suffer the wrath that comes with it!! They will Lear quite quickly their stupidity!!! Our county will be sooooo much more in debt and be kissing Chinas ass!! Biden will do nothing but sleep all day!!! Trump made us self sufficient and not bowing down to anyone. Has made peace and brought most our troops home, Èven being lied to on the number of troops!!!!! The Dems have made our glorious country a laughing stock. To think of hose stupid Americans would voluntarily elect a man that in truth ( and I have worked in geriatric medicine for decades) is in the mid stages of dementia and has no stamina for the pace needed to run a country!!!!!. I have lived all over this world and Americans are viewed as all Dems!! Just looking to find some country that is in a dispute so we can put our nose into their business so we can have an excuse to go to war!! Dems aren’t happy if there is pesse in the world!!!
President Trump was hated by the Dems since day one. They were worried that someone not from the swamp would put a hole in the tire of the way they work. No one was able to control him like all the others!! He already had all the money he would ever n Ed so bribing wasn’t going to work. Threats never bothered him. And one of the bigg st things is h is brutally honest and tells it as it is. To the point with no sugar coating. He is a business man and that is what America 🇺🇸 needed . The BS so called press has turned this country into chaos!! It used to be just report what is going on is the news not their opinion of what is going on. So many of the Great things President Trump has done never got covered at all. But if he farted in public they would make a headline out of it. We the people have been damaged beyond comprehension by the media. We were never given the truth about both Trump and sleepy Joe. And this is the job of a so called news agency!!! We saw every little thing that might make Trump ( Who by the way is our seated president and should be treated with respect no matter what!!! He is the head of our country!!!! Any other nation would either lock these people up or execute them for treason), look bad and cover extremely important information on Biden that could put our country into a serious security breach !!! All those media companies and reporters should be arrested and jailed for treason !!!!!! WE also already knew the results of the Georgia runoff before the ballots even were made!! It’s all rigged I watched the count and saw multiple times same ballots being scanned multiple times an people writing on the ballots. I don’t know what the solution is but I do know that there WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER FAIR ELECTION!!!!!!!!!! And to you President Trump; I thank you for all you have done for our country, it just sad that many 🇺🇸 Americans have no idea of all you have done! Media has made you look like you are a power hungry dictator; when I truth all you wanted was for Americans to be first and that we can be self sufficient, not have other countries take advantage of us, like the Paris accord, we paid the most into it and we had to start the rules right away: when the biggest polluters like China and India pay peanuts and still have over a decade before they have to comply?!?!? What’s up with that?! Lowers drug prices. Americans pay 3 to 10 X’s more for medications than any other country! We have our troops all over the world to help protect our Allie country’s but in many cases haven’t been paid the amount that was agreed upon, that was also changed, Dems call him a racist because there is nothing they can find to actually call him. But who is th real racist “if you don’t vote for me you ain’t black”, “poor kids are just as smart as white kids”, “when I saw him (referred to Obama) I could not believe he was clean, well dressed”, he tried to get rid of bussing and school choice. And while speaking to a group of black people he sai” we will have you back in chains. These are only a few of many. When someone tells me Trump is racist I always ask them nicely what was th wise thing he said about it ? I still have not got an answer from anyone. So then said ok then tell me one example of his racist behavior and still no one can think of one. And most people don’t know that Biden is responsible for the act that in-prisoned thousands of first time “pot” possessions and many very lengthy sentenc S. And Kamala bragged that she extended these terms for longer because it was free labor!!! And like every other word out of her mouth she just did that stupid evil giggle. Yes this is what you wanted a so called president that has dementia and a Vice President that thinks everyone and everything is funny😱😤😳 please dear Lord; help us through this process and show the entire population the truth of what is going on so that they can see that the people they think care about them only care about 3 things 1. These united states should continue to root out Evil from or government. The republican party is broken and dead , we the people need to
start at local level politics and take back our freedom . We need to kick out professional politicians and replace them with ,people who will follow the Constitution ,Also get rid of judges who legislate from the bench ,starting with roberts,all the way down to local judges.we should prosecute illegal action by government employees. Starting with biden.
Sorry me again🙂. Just wanted to make one quick point: headlines yesterday statin a mob of angry rioters broke down all the doors and stormed the senate room. And how horrible this was. “The absolute worst thing ever done”!!! WTF!! I watched this over and over. And yes tthere were about 10 people that were out of control whereas the rest treated the building with respect. There was a roped area for the line of legislators to stand in line to enter the chambers, these ropes and stands never even fell over one person moved them over a bit but did it without malicious intent!! Most people got into the rotunda and took pictures and left. The big huge so called news was there was a person sitting in the speaker’s chair with his feet up, there was maybe 20 people at the most in the room. Nothing was broken or ransacked, they did look through some briefcases but not much else th n the police came in with pepper spray and tear gas anyhat started a short lived but inexcusable confrontation with guns. This was over quickly and the people left the building (of which is owned by the people fore the people and are suppose to be able to come in and watch congress..) although I agree that having people come in to watch would have been a mistake. Anyway this little one hour so called riot was compared to the last year of total devastation to many cities in America!!!!!!! But that’s our wonderful thing reporters at work stirring the pot in hopes of a real big story!! But I think the next real big story will be a devastating one!! They may get their story but how many will die for it!! This 1 hour riot should not have happened it’s not the was Republican S work but how much can the people take when everyone is turning a blind eye to our rights. We have had none!!!! FREE SPEECH?!?! HAHA IF WE SAY ANYTHING WE ARE RACIST. The Dems were let to say,do, and cover up anything without any worry of anything I mean if they put you in jail Kamala has a fund to bail you out!!!!! I’m on disability and don’t have much money but I’m sure most patriots would be more than happy to get you a one way ticket somewhere no visa it’s up to you to figure out how to be there legally.( this way you can see that we are not the only ones protecting our borders) and you can see how all you have done has changed the attitudes of all these countries towards Americans
