Federal Reserve Is On The Rocks Over Rates

The Federal Reserve is now facing a difficult time trying to convince investors for its strategy in 2016.  Fed Reserve is the ones to be blamed for this.

Despite this hard time for the Fed Reserve, one thing that investors and the Fed agree on is that the central bank won’t be raising rates at its policy meeting this week.  Fed-funds outlooks include which price off of overnight rate expectations, ascribe virtually no chance of it. In addition, the Fed is vague about its plan to stay on hold.

June will be a different matter to discuss.

Projections released after March’s meeting resulted policy makers expect to raise rates twice in this year, taking the midpoint of their target range to 0.875%.
