I leased the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq with both motors and I absolutely love this car!!! It gets over 300 miles to a charge and our power Co, Florida Power & Light has a program where as long as I charge during off peak hours, I pay $31.00 per month for unlimited charging. How great is that? They did a super job on the car. It’s comfortable with plenty of power and range. I would not take the car on a long trip due to the4 charging issue but with my savings on gas, I rent a gas SUV for travel over 300 miles. I feel if you can afford it, EV is definatelyu the way to go!!
Good for caddy guy he can afford a very nice luxury car, the majority of us can’t. I see three issues with EVs, price, distance per charge and time it takes to charge your vehicle. LI batteries are also another issue with their ability to self detonate and burn. In the mean time go for a hybrid, the best of both worlds
