Once in a while, I will come across a show that's so good and relevant, I think the listener needs to listen to it, and here's one of them, Real Good Podcast.

Real Good by U.S. Bank, hosted by Faith Salie (Wait, Wait Don’t Tell Me, CBS Sunday Morning) and is a podcast about the stories of people who are truly making an impact, and the people whose lives are being changed by their efforts.

In this episode, which is the final episode of Season 2, they speak with Jonathan Shepherd, the President of the Board of Directors for the Black Mental Health Alliance about why the notion of those in black communities not wanting to seek care is a myth, why cost barriers are it inaccessible and how to stop getting bogged down in the easy conversations about care.
