When buying or selling real estate, the way to sell quick is to sell online. There are seven top real estate websites ranked in the nation. In 2017 a survey by the National Association of Realtors reported the following statistics:

• The reports are saying that 51% of buyers are finding their homes on the internet.

• 7% found their their homes from seeing a yard sign or an open house.

These statistics are showing people that the internet is the place to look for a home and a definite place to list a home for sell. And, even more important, make sure you are listing with the real estate agent who has the most powerful online presence. Below is the list of the top seven real estate websites as chosen from a list of thirteen:

2.Realtor.com

Because, remember 7% of sales do come from having a sign in your yard. However, the best way to sell a home in 2019 and into the next decade, is to choose the top realtor with the #1 online website for you and your local area.
